Ingredients
2-3 Naan breads
2 Tbsp. Fresh Harvest Garlic Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. Mediterranean Greek Seasoning Blend
1 Tbsp. Oh! So Onion
Pepperoni or salami slices
2 Tbsp. capers
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Arugula or chopped fresh basil (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place Naan breads on the prepared baking sheet; brush each Naan with Fresh Harvest Garlic Olive Oil and sprinkle with Mediterranean Greek Seasoning Blend and Oh! So Onion. Top with pepperoni, capers and cheese. Sprinkle with another ½ teaspoon of Mediterranean Greek Seasoning Blend. Bake in the preheated oven until crust is crispy on the edges and cheese is melted, about 8-10 minutes. Top with arugula or basil, if so desired. Cut in quarters and serve as a warm appetizer.
